After years of providing care in large, insurance-based health systems, Dr. Jain decided it was time to practice medicine in a way that allowed her to see patients the way they wanted to be seen- with unlimited access and with their health goals as the main and only agenda. Corsano Health and Wellness was founded in 2024 to provide patients with this exact opportunity. 

In traditional insurance-based medical practices patients have severely limited access to their primary care physicians leading to unnecessary trips to the ER and Urgent cares, as well as overuse of imaging studies and prescription medications. These are all temporizing measures that ultimately result in poor satisfaction, costly healthcare, and subpar outcomes. At Corsano Health and Wellness, your personal physician is always available and an active participant in all your healthcare interactions.

We do this by keeping panel sizes small allowing patients to communicate issues directly with their PCP minimizing the need for outside intervention. 

While Evidence based medicine remains the cornerstone of our practice, we understand that there are many different types of medicine, and at Corsano we are constantly engaging in emerging literature and incorporating new schools of thought, while concurrently weighing individual risks and benefits, a truly customized medical experience.  We believe there is room for traditional allopathic and holistic practices under the same roof and are excited to explore these possibilities with you all.

Corsano Health and Wellness is an annual membership based Primary Care model that provides patients with unlimited access to their doctor via in person and virtual visits as well as communication via text and e-mail. Membership also includes a comprehensive annual physical with advanced health planning and most importantly a lifelong partnership with a dedicated PCP and healthcare advocate.
